Exam mapping
Inspired develops the four skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking needed for the PET exam. Levels 1–3 of Inspired cover most of the PET syllabus, although, in a very few instances, an area is dealt with in Inspired 4. In addition, the Student’s Books and the Workbooks have many exercises that follow a similar format to questions in the PET exam.
This document maps the PET syllabus to Inspired. After completing Inspired 3, we recommend students go on to use an exam-preparation course such as Ready for PET for specific exam practice.
